• Returns: If you are not happy with your piece, I offer partial refunds in exchange for the piece to be shipped back to me. For pieces that have defects (not due to transit or user wear and tear) I offer full refunds if the defect is reported within 3 days of item receipt. I will provide you a return shipping label to send the item back to me, and your refund (minus return shipping costs) will be credited to your account upon my receipt of the piece. Please contact serpentineeclectics@gmail.com to organize any returns and exchanges. 

• Shipping: I am not responsible for items once they ship, by purchasing you are accepting responsibility for providing the correct address and accepting your package. Refunds will not be given if buyer is unable to receive the parcel. 

• Chargebacks: serpentine eclectics is a small one-woman business, and all cost comes out of my pockets. Under no circumstance should a customer have to file a chargeback due to the lenient return policy, and thus fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and will be reported as fraud to the suspect’s bank.
